Hours of work: Full time teachers' hours- however The Governors would consider a part time contract for an exceptional candidate.

Working pattern: Full-time/ Part-time (If the position is part-time, the above salary will be pro rata)

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and forward looking professional to the post of Executive Head teacher at The Parkland Federation.  The successful candidate will have the expertise to build on existing good practice and the drive and ambition to take our schools forward to ‘outstanding’. The person we appoint must have a proven track record of school improvement, including raising attainment and closing the gaps. The right candidate will have excellent financial management skills and have demonstrated they can ensure best value while develop staffing structures that provide the best outcomes for students

Our new Executive Head teacher will be: - Passionate about valuing every child so that they can meet their true potential; - Able to drive school improvement with energy and vision; - Able to display exceptional leadership and management skills, which will inspire pupils, staff, parents,     Governors and the community; - Committed to working constructively with a strong staff team, supporting them in their professional development; - Able to inspire all staff and pupils to follow our school ethos of aspirations, curiosity and creativity.
