Call Centre Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the running of the call centre
• Ensure daily staffing levels are achieved
• Manage rotas and annual leave
• Liaise with corporate customers
• Providing MI to clients and analysing data
• Customer service training
Your experience should include:
• Contact or call centre management experience
• Client Relationship building skills
• Data analysis & Excel knowledge
• People management training
