About the Role

As MYT enters into its eighth year, the charity continues to grow and to seek out opportunities that enable young people of East Sussex to succeed in their life.

Based in our office in Eastbourne the Youth Support Adviser will be a first point of contact for young people coming into the service. The work will include running both 1:1 and group work as well as contacting young people via phone and social media. The YSA will be involved in elements of youth participation and the running of our Youth Forum. There are also opportunities for continual professional development, both internal and external.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
