About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and self-motivated Part-Time Floating Support Worker to join the STEPS service. You will be part of the Lewes team although you may be required to support clients across the areas which STEPS West covers of Eastbourne, Lewes & Wealden.

STEPS is a short-term floating housing support service for people aged 65 and over, which aims to keep older people living independently in their homes, and a navigator service for people aged 18+ with a long term condition who need advice and guidance to help them live life to the full.

You will need to enjoy being home based with a remit to visit clients in their own homes. This high quality, personalised and flexible service will benefit people living in all types of housing.

You must have access to your own transport and a full driving licence.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
