Search Medical is currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading private hospital groups. One of their private hospitals in Eastbourne currently has a position available for a Senior Registered Nurse.

Job responsibilities:
• Assist the Clinical Nurse Manager and Ward Sisters in any ongoing and new projects
• Be responsible for the care of an assigned group of patients
• Assist with the identification of training needs of junior HCA and ward clerks
• Delegate work according to staff capabilities and competence
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
• Maintain high standards of patient care from admission to discharge

You will be a RGN level 1 with an NMC Registration and post-registration experience. You will have a working knowledge of a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions.
