About the Role

We are seeking an excellent Administrative Assistant to work in our all through school.

You will provide an excellent customer and administration service to meet the needs of our staff, pupils and parents/carers.

Duties for this role include: •Creating word processed documents including mail-merged letters, memos and parental information. Data entry on computerised systems and providing reports. •Supporting the primary phase in terms of telephone calls and dealing with parents/carers •Maintain existing and develop new systems to secure efficiency across the school. •Supporting colleagues and providing a professional administrative service
