Teaching Assistant 2– Stafford Junior School

DBS check: Enhanced

Stafford Junior School is a three forms of entry school a stone’s throw from the beautiful Eastbourne sea front. The school formed a federation with Roselands Infant School becoming part of the Roselands and Stafford Federation from September 2015 and the two schools now work closely together sharing expertise and good practice.

Stafford pupils are well behaved, polite and enthusiastic about their learning and our committed, positive and hard-working staff team believe in putting the children at the heart of everything they do. Stafford is considered a "Good" school following our recent Ofsted inspection.

As a TA you will support children in small groups or individuals with a range of needs. You will support their learning, contribute to their behaviour management and help maintain the safety of the pupils. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with experience of working with children on the autistic spectrum. Training will be provided in this area.
