About the Role

We are looking for two male Your Way Workers for our wellbeing hubs in Hastings and Bexhill. These services provide a wide range of information, advice and support with the aim of aiding people’s recovery and staying well. You will be providing flexible, personalised support and guidance promoting recovery, wellbeing and independence with the emphasis on community engagement and self management. Workers will be required to coordinate and maintain their own workload, reporting on their activity as required.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
