Cherry Tree is a 52 place Nursery in Hollingdean Children's Centre. We provide child care for children from three months to five years for children from diverse backgrounds and with a range of needs. We work really closely with the local community and have strong links with other professionals such as health visitors, Presen's and speech and language therapists. We were inspected by Ofsted In April 2016 and maintained our Outstanding rating, and were particularly praised for our ability to meet the needs of all of our children.

The Administrator position is a busy role working closely with the nursery manager and deputy to deliver an all round high quality service for our families, and there is a lot of contact with children and their families in this role. The ideal candidate will have a friendly manner particularly with children, be able to work in a busy environment, be flexible in order to meet the needs of the nursery and a passion to deliver a excellent service.

The main duties of the administrator include billing, collecting fees, purchasing, typing letters and other documents, maintain nursery computer systems, and answering the phone and providing families and other agencies access to the nursery.

Please note: working hours for this role are 8am-2pm Monday to Friday.
