Salary Range L10-14 48,228– 53,180

The Governors and Headteacher of The Cavendish School invite applications for the post of Assistant Headteacher (Climate for Learning) at our popular and successful school. We are a co-educational comprehensive school of currently 850 Secondary Phase students. In September 2015 the School opened the Primary Phase to become an all-through school in existing school buildings. In September 2016 we opened our new Primary Phase building which also incorporates a 38 place Pre-school.
If your application is successful you will play a crucial role in the future development at a very exciting time. As a lead member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will share strategic responsibility for all aspects of the work of the school. Our team is flexible and adaptable, however applicants must have an extensive experience of raising standards in Behaviour for Learning.
