Offering provision to over 100 students (in small class sizes) across our sites in Hastings and Eastbourne and through our community based Personalised Foundation Learning programme, we are a supportive team with strong structures and high expectations.

We require a PFL keyworker based in the West of the County (Lewes/Eastbourne). Working with students at significant risk of permanent exclusion the ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a robust sense of humour. The role involves supporting our students in attending and engaging effectively with their personalised programmes which they undertake in a variety of commissioned providers.

The successful candidates will identify barriers to learning for each of their caseload and support them in successfully completing the year long programme, developing strong relationshops and providing  a positive role model. Educational experience is desirable but an interest in supporting hard to reach students is essential.

If successful you will become part of a very committed and hardworking team.
