About the Role

As an innovative and forward-thinking Adult Social Care Service based in the Neighbourhood

Support Team in Eastbourne, we’re are looking for an experienced senior professional who can help shape the direction of the service and oversee the day-to-day activities of a dedicated team. You’ll focus on the specific areas of delivering a quality service, staff performance and workforce development alongside the achievement of set targets. It’s a role where you can also contribute significantly to the local and national agenda for health and social care in line with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
