We are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join our expanding team working in a residential home that provides respite and nursing to adult with Learning Difficulties in Bexhill.

No two days are the same and utilising your initiative and previous care experience with adults you will find this job extremely rewarding as you can make a positive difference to their daily lives.

Our care homes are supportive and have experienced senior staff to help you with you with day to day guidance but also encourage support workers to work on their own initiative to help further career development. By understanding the need for confidentially and using your communication skills there is every reason why you will be successful in this job.

If you can bring at least 6 months care support worker experience with adults with learning difficulties to the table we will contribute towards mandatory training required for this job.

Due to the number of care homes we partner with we will be able to either keep you working or provide flexible hours that suit your life style, we have full and part time work available, with choice of shifts in the day, night and weekends. You can choose when and where you want to work! Great if you are looking for a work life balance or want to save up for something, we can keep you working!

You will need a satisfactory DBS and reference checks but don't worry we can guide you through this OR if you already have a DBS signed up to the update service you will not be required to do another.
