We are looking for a site manager to work proactively under the direction of the School Business Manager, to provide:-

An effective site managing service to the school incorporating various mandatory checks
Ensure the upkeep of a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance & security to the school
Manage a team of cleaners
Manage and co-ordinate building project and contractors

Grade: NJC Scale 4
Hours per week: 37
Paid weeks per year: 52
Start date: 16th January 2017 or as soon after
