You will be required to provide an efficient and effective administration service to the new South Coast Regional Centre Teaching Partnership, supporting the work of the Partnership Project Manager with a range of key tasks including, team projects, organising training events and meetings, and minuting specific meetings between the partner agencies that will take place in a variety of venues in Lewes, Falmer and Moulsecoomb.

If you are motivated by work which is meaningful and results in a direct positive contribution to your community, and will involve you in an exciting new project aimed at providing a better service to the people of East Sussex, then come and work with us.

We need an individual with strong Microsoft Office skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to a wide range of people.  Candidates should have experience of organising events or conferences, a variety of office systems including administration of purchasing and invoicing and minuting of meetings.
