About the Role

FOOD TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN

urgently required

17 hours per week, school term time only

Salary:  Single Status Grade 4

We seek a self motivated and energetic Food Technology Technician to support our Food Technology Department.

This is a fixed term post until 31 July 2017.

Job Description - To shop / purchase ingredients as directed by Food Technology teachers for practical lessons - To provide ingredients and materials for lessons including weighing out ingredients for demonstrations and pupil premium pupils - To assist as requested during practical Food technology lessons - To clear away after demonstrations - To keep sinks and worktops clean, keep stock rooms and equipment clean, tidy and in good order including cookers.  To maintain aprons in a serviceable condition. - Maintain stock cupboard by raising orders, receiving equipment and materials.
