Well established charitable learning disability school requires a Night Manager to oversee the school sites in Brighton and Seaford. The role involes taking responsibilty for the night operations at the school sites which both have residential units for learners.

The schools are a registered charity and have been long established in the area. Children live on site in residential services and stay at the school for 52 weeks of the year.

The role involves a high level of leadership ensuring that a high quality of service is offered to the children living in the residential services.

As a night manager you will be expected to ensure that the services are health and safety compliant and that the children are recieving the correct levels of care and support during the night, dealing with any issues and troubleshooting in an effective manner and then giving the relevant feedback to day management.
