An exciting opportunity for a visionary practitioner to lead a large and well-equipped primary school and nursery.

The Interim Executive Board (IEB) for Shinewater Primary School and Nursery, and Swale Academies Trust, would like to appoint an inspirational, strategic, and visionary headteacher to lead the school on the next stage of our journey. The IEB is currently consulting about the school becoming an academy with Swale Academies Trust from September 2017 and we see this as a very exciting opportunity for both the school and for our new headteacher. Our new headteacher will enable Shinewater to make rapid progress towards providing exciting and stimulating learning opportunities for all children.
