About the Role
We reqiuire 3 x Teaching Assistants to include role of Midday Supervisor 2 based at our Hastings site and 1 based at our Eastbourne site TA1-2 role is 25 Hours Grade 2-3 Scale 3-7 depending on experience + 5 hours Midday Supervisor Grade 1 Scale 2

You Are: A resilient and self-motivated individual with a passion for education. Whilst educational experience is beneficial the ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work in challenging environments and demonstrate an ability to make strong working relationships in a short period of time. Resilience, a strong sense of humour and a solution focussed approach will be essential.
The Job: Supporting classroom teachers in providing education across a range of subjects to groups of 8-10 students who have a history of exclusion.

The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2009 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2009 Regulations.
If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2009 Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from Ofsted.
