Entrepreneurial client based in central Brighton is presently seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for both UK and international staff. This organisation has a consistent history of growth and is presently seen as a reputable leader within their field.

Based in a busy, dynamic environment, this individual will take full management of the payroll function in a broad and hands-on role. They will take ownership of the end to end process and be the 'go-to person' for any payroll queries. The business runs predominantly monthly payrolls with some smaller biweekly payrolls. Posting journals and assisting with month end will also be involved. The payroll function sits as part of the finance team and this individual will report to a qualified Financial Controller. Initially a standalone role, there may be the need to recruit and develop a payroll team in-line with continued business growth.
