About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Programme Manager for the Early Years, Health & Social Care and Counselling department, which is part of the Professional and Technical Studies Faculty. This is a cross College role, with responsibility for a wide range of courses at both our Eastbourne and Lewes campuses. With a primary focus on development, entrepreneurship, leadership and management, this post also includes a small teaching timetable in a related subject. As well as possessing a clear vision for developing our curriculum offer in a rapidly changing subject area, the successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a good track record of leadership and management, and an excellent understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Further Education.
