About the Role
A vacancy has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join our friendly school. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team. Applicants will need to be flexible and self motivated.
Hazel Court School is based on two sites, the Secondary School and the FE Department catering for pupils / students from the age 11 - 19 with a range of learning difficulties. The post will be working across both sites.
Duties will involve general office tasks including co-ordinating Annual Reviews, banking, managing room bookings for meetings and visiting agencies as well as ensuring that the school office runs smoothly providing a welcome first point of contact for all parents and carers plus visitors to the school.
Hours of work (20 per week) 11.30 am – 3.30 pm daily, term time only.
