About the Role

Required as soon as possible to provide overall secretarial support, for example keeping pupil information up-to-date, handling the administrative aspects around attendance, booking school trips, and managing the census. This role also includes dealing with the office email and telephone calls, helping parents and being the ‘face of the school’ on the front desk.  

You will need good organisational skills; to be flexible and able to use own initiative; be able to work under pressure, and deal discreetly with confidential information.  You also need to be skilled at communicating with children and parents.  Ideally you will have experience of working in a school with knowledge of Word, Excel, Office 365 and SIMS.  Recent experience of working in a school office will be an advantage.

Employment will be subject to Criminal Records Bureau checks, Health checks and two satisfactory references.
