About the Role
Required as soon as possible to provide higher level administrative and organisational support for the school. You will need good organisational skills; to be flexible and able to use own initiative; be able to work under pressure, and deal discreetly with confidential information. Ideally you will have good knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft programs. Experience of Office 365 and SIMS would be an advantage. We have a part-time Business Manager who takes responsibility for main financial duties, so this role only includes some lower level finance tasks. The main focus will be on Personnel (e.g. processing pay claims, contracts, supporting recruitment), organising Health and Safety, managing the Single Central Record and organising training.
