New Tyne Resource Centre supports people with Dementia in the Worthing area providing, long and short respite stay and day care.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker to join our skilled staff team. You will work as part of a multi-faceted team based at New Tyne Resource Centre, providing outcome based care enabling residents to maintain skills of daily living and promoting and maintaining their well-being.

Your role will be to support the Manager in the day-to-day management of the centre, assuming responsibility for designated areas of work and supporting staff in encouraging residents to achieve their outcome-based care objectives.

As a Senior Support Worker you will be required to work sleep-in on call duties on a rota basis where you will be responsible for the management of the centre.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge and be supported and mentored.

You will be required to attend training which is relevant to this role.
