MotorSport Vision (MSV), Europe’s leading race circuit operator, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join its dynamic team in the Head Office, based at the legendary Brands Hatch Circuit in Kent.

At MSV, we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic motorsport experiences and events at our renowned circuits: Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park, Bedford Autodrome and Circuito De Navarra. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support from the initial enquiry to the day of their visit.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Providing outstanding service to external customers, including some site visitors
  • Answering general queries about race meetings and booking of driving experiences via email, live chat and telephone
  • Providing advice, guidance, support and signposting in person, on the phone or by email
  • Assisting with the fulfilment of race meeting tickets and voucher gift packs
  • Day to day use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as custom in-house business systems
  • Fielding in-bound sales calls for tickets, season passes and driving experiences

Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous office-based customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A passion for delivering a first class customer experience
  • Ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence (essential due to location)
  • A knowledge or passion for motorsport is desirable but not essential

This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to start a career either in the motorsport or customer service sector. Due to the location of Brands Hatch circuit, a full UK driving licence is essential for the role. You will be expected to work a 42.5 hour work week from Monday to Friday, with very occasional weekend work for our largest events.
