About the Role

Year 5 Teacher + TLR

Shinewater Primary Academy is looking for an exceptional teacher to start in January 2018. For the right candidate this would attract a TLR payment for leading in Mathematics and / or diminishing the difference for disadvantaged learners.

Shinewater Primary Academy is now under the new leadership and management of Swale Academies Trust. Working in partnership within the Swale Family of schools within the Eastbourne Primary Hub and beyond, there is plentifful opportunity for leadership development and cross-school partnership working.

You will need to have a proven track record of outstanding primary practice and achievement of exceptional end of key stage outcomes. Previous experience in leading Mathematics and / or strategies for diminishing the difference is of particular interest.

This is a permanent position, starting January 2018.
