A Sussex chartered accountancy firm based in Lewes are looking to strengthen their Corporate Finance service line by introducing a new recruit to the team. Refreshingly the Partners are flexible on your background and experience. You may be:

• an experienced Corporate Finance professional, possibly qualified, who is looking for a new challenge relishing the opportunity to work with an SME client-base;
• a qualified professional (ACA or ACCA) looking to specialise in a new service line perhaps looking to leave audit or business restructuring for example;
• interested in pursuing a career within Corporate Finance having studied this as part of your degree or explored further through an MSc in Corporate Finance.

The role will cover a broad range of advisory and transaction support involving SMEs including Trade Acquisitions and Disposals, Management Buy Ins/Outs, Share Purchase, Financial Modelling and Financial Due Diligence assignments.
