The Client Affairs Team is responsible for managing the finances of individuals who receive care services across the County and who lack mental capacity around their finances.

This newly created role will support the team to carry out annual reviews to ensure clients' are receiving their maximum income entitlement, their needs are being fully met and that standards for Corporate Deputies set by the Office of the Public Guardian are adhered to.

We support clients' with variable needs and work with clients', their support network, care providers and Care Managers to ensure their finances are protected and decisions are made in their best interests.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working with vulnerable adults in a similar environment, ideally with knowledge of Welfare Benefits.

The position is varied and interesting and would suit a person looking to expand both their skills and knowledge. This is a busy team and someone who is motivated and flexible with good problem solving skills would be ideal.
