A local technology company are seeking an additional Client Services Manager to join their team to manage a portfolio of clients.
What will you be doing?
- Building strong relationships with your clients to provide excellent customer service in order to maximise customer retention and increase client spend.
- Manage any client queries and deal with account issues
- Monitor and report on SLA's
- Manage the process of new projects and ensure all departments receive the necessary documentation
- Gather, record all client feedback on the system (SalesForce)
What do you need?
- Experience in a customer service or account management role
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of education
- CRM experience – ideally SalesForce
- Working knowledge of the technology sector / cloud computing
