£20-23k per annum + AAT study support (salary negotiable)

A well respected and long-standing organisation based in Brighton is seeking an Accounts Assistant to take ownership of their Purchase Ledger function and provide support to the wider finance team including Sales Ledger and general finance. This is a highly supportive and collaborative office environment where hard work and commitment are rewarded and acknowledged. My client will also support AAT studies and provide opportunities for future career progression and development.
This will be a busy role which will report directly to the Head of Finance as part of a medium sized accounts team. Some existing Purchase Ledger / general accounts administration experience is required in order to be considered for this role but it is still open to people at a junior level as long as they have the right attributes and competencies. Candidates need to be familiar with general invoice processing with a focus on maintained accuracy and attention to detail.
