Stonepillow has social enterprise projects in Chichester and Bognor Regis comprising a large retail warehouse and a high street charity shop, selling predominantly furniture, white goods and electrical products, and run with the assistance of clients and other volunteers.
Based at our charity shop in Bognor High Street you will maintain the sales desk dealing with customer sales and telephone enquiries delivering excellent customer service to our customers. You will also focus in maximising the income through sales, including online sales, by using commercial decision making and creative flair.
Contributing to maintaining high levels of merchandising and housekeeping whilst managing the stock process to ensure correct density levels and stock rotation should come naturally. Be responsible for the daily running of the shop and management of volunteers in the Managers absence
Previous Charity Retail experience an advantage
