A rare part time opportunity within an established chartered accountancy firm based in central Orpington, Kent. Parking is available at the office otherwise a short walk from Orpington train station.

In terms of days and hours on offer, there is some flexibility around this with availability discussed on an individual basis.

This will be a varied general practice role assisting with the production & review of company accounts on Sage, VAT Returns, invoicing, corporate and personal tax returns. Again, some flexibility around the duties on what you will be bringing with you so there is possible scope to be involved with internal bookkeeping, payroll duties and trust tax returns.

About you

• Most likely qualified in the ACA, ACCA or AAT (flexible)
• Current or recent experience of working in a general practice environment
• First class communication and presentation skills
• Looking to join a credible firm with quality work from quality clients

Previous experience with Sage Accounts Production Advanced and Digita Corporation Tax would be desirable but not essential (and possibly QTAC, Onvio, Sage 50, Digita Personal Tax).

The salary advertised should be seen as a range and full time equivalent. Expectations with regards salary and hours/days available will be discussed on application.
