We have an excellent opportunity for a Support Coordinator who will be responsible for engaging with rough sleeping individuals as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. You will support people through their journeys from rough sleeping to accommodation.   The role will be focused on working with rough sleepers, to navigate local service provision, building strong relationships with a range of different professionals whilst advocating on the individual’s behalf.

Candidates for this position will need:

• Experience of conducting homelessness assessments
• Knowledge of services to refer to within the local area
• Previous experience of outreach work with homeless clients
