During the first quarter of 2021, we'll be starting the recruitment process for a qualified Financial Controller to join a professional services firm based close to Haywards Heath on the East / West Sussex border.

In this key and visible role, you will join the senior management team where your duties will go beyond the financial requirements becoming involved in the day to day efficiencies and expectations of the firm to include technology, facilities, quality and governance. In this wide and varied role, you will be dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and making continuous improvements in systems and processes. About You

• An experienced, versatile qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a broad range of financial, accounting and commercial skills
• First class analytical skills and proven track record of working to tight deadlines and delivering results
• Proven ability to provide key financial data, support and reports to assist in business decisions
• Ensure that all statutory and corporate obligations are met
