We are a small family run business, based in Ford near Arundel, specialising in the food trade, delivering our products to local pubs and restaurants etc.
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to help with the handling of orders coming into our busy office - this role could be performed remotely, or in our office - to suit the ideal candidate.
Your role will be to listen to answerphone messages from our customers placing orders and to enter those orders into our booking system (full training will be given) and help with the process of getting our vehicles ready for dispatch.
This is a busy role in an energetic business and we're looking for someone who will be happy to take a hands-on approach.
You will have to be computer literate, highly organised, accurate, able to work under own management at times, be focused and flexible. Full training will be given.
Requirements for the role:
This position will require the candidate to be able to work anti-social hours. You will need your own transport to and from work due to the rural location of the business in Ford.
This is a part time position with (15 hours total) with the potential for more hours if desired.
