Experienced Groundworks Quantity Surveyor / Estimator wanted for 2 - 3 days per week for a well-established Groundworks and Piling Company based in Haywards Heath, Sussex.

You must be able to work independently and be very experienced within the Groundworks sector professing a strong ability to measure, price, quote and invoice on various groundworks packages.

These will include but not limited to, ground beams, slabs, RC basements & frames, drainage, roads and service install.  An ability to communicate and liaise with main contractors is desirable as is an ability to work autonomously.

You must be competent in dealing with projects ranging from £5,000 - £1m.

Own transport is required as we are based rurally and require you to work from our office for at least 2 days per week.
