Spa Trainer

Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and inspiring others? We’re looking for a Trainer in Spa Treatments to join our Health & Wellbeing team and help us deliver exceptional experiences across our spa sites.

What you’ll do

• Induct and train new team members on our treatment offerings.
• Deliver refresher and reactive training to maintain high standards.
• Keep treatment protocols and training materials up to date.
• Inspire the team with the latest trends in spa and holistic wellbeing.
• Support retail targets and incentives, acting as a role model.
• Spend part of your week delivering treatments to guests.

What you’ll bring

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent (additional holistic therapy qualifications a plus).
• Proven experience as a Spa Beauty Therapist.
• Leadership and training experience (preferred).
• Passion for wellness and ability to mentor and motivate.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport (essential).
