Brands Hatch is one of the UK’s most historic race circuits and hosts major national and international motorsport events, including British Superbikes, American Speedfest, BTCC and GB3/GB4. Our weekend event staff play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for thousands of fans, and during our centenary year, that experience is set to be bigger and more memorable than ever.

Whether you’re welcoming visitors, serving food and drink, supporting hospitality areas or scanning tickets at entry, you’ll be part of a friendly and energetic team helping to deliver unforgettable moments in an incredible race-day atmosphere, as we celebrate 100 years of racing history at Brands Hatch.

Current positions available:

  • Catering assistants
  • Waiting staff
  • Table clearers
  • Bar staff
  • Hospitality assistants
  • Admissions staff (scanning tickets upon entry)

Requirements for the roles:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Able to work weekend shifts
  • Able to travel to Brands Hatch race circuit (TN15 6FS)
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential

You'll be employed on a flexible basis; therefore, you can work for us as a secondary position alongside another job elsewhere or alongside sixth form/college/university. The majority of the roles will be on a weekend-only basis for our large, promoted events, which happen on average two weekends a month.

To apply, candidates must be of school leaving age (currently in Year 12 or above, or have finished school) and have the right to work in the UK. Successful applicants will be invited to attend an Open Day on 21st / 22nd February, ahead of our 2026 season, which begins in March. To register your interest in working the events here at Brands Hatch, please click apply and submit a copy of your CV.

Please note, Brands Hatch reserves the right to remove this advert early if a sufficient number of suitable applicants have been received.
