Full Time - 35 hours per week over 4 days (Monday-Friday) - Office Based

Where do you fit in?

In this varied and busy role, you’ll use your excellent admin skills to support our management and social work team. You’ll help them with diary management, report writing and keeping our database up to date. You’ll be responsible for looking after the office, including reception duties. You’ll assist with enquiries from potential foster carers and will have the chance to get involved with organising events.

Please note that this role is fully office based (over the 4 days)

What do you need to be successful?

  • A full driving licence, your own reliable transport and flexible approach to travel is a must
  • You’ll be friendly, helpful and IT literate, with accurate record keeping and admin skills – used to working to deadlines and prioritising tasks
  • You’ll be flexible, willing to learn, train and progress. You’ll promote our work wherever possible, acting as a brand ambassador for our charity
